What you choose to share
The optional form stores your email address, chosen language, application-news and launch-notification purposes, a random record identifier, submission time, source page, notice and consent versions, and consent/status history. We do not ask for your RFC, financial records, password, e.firma or payment details. An address starts unverified.
Purpose and your choice
Only use the form if you want application news and a launch notification. These optional purposes require the unchecked consent box. Declining has no effect on reading the site. We do not sell your address, create an app account or use the list for unrelated marketing. Collection is enabled separately from delivery: no confirmation or campaign is sent by this form. Future sending needs a verified and eligible audience, withdrawal controls and approved provider setup.
Hosting, security and preferences
Cloudflare hosts the site and the private audience database and provides Turnstile security checks. Turnstile loads when you focus the enabled form; it receives technical browser/network signals under Cloudflare's privacy terms. The intake service uses a keyed short-lived network hash to limit abuse; it does not store your full IP with your subscription. Browser local storage remembers the theme. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to understand page visits and loading performance. Where enabled, its browser script sends page and referring-page information, browser/device information and performance measurements to Cloudflare. It does not use analytics cookies or advertising identifiers. Cloudflare also processes technical network information to deliver and secure the site. This measurement is separate from the optional launch-interest list; we do not send form contents or financial records as analytics events. Private application traffic is reviewed through aggregate Cloudflare network reports; the public-page browser tracker is not installed in the private application. Provider infrastructure may process data outside Mexico.
Access, correction, cancellation, opposition and withdrawal
Write to support@conteo.page with the address concerned and the action requested. Do not send tax documents or signing keys. We will explain a proportionate way to verify control of the address, the applicable response timeline and any information needed before changing it. You can ask what we hold, correct it, withdraw these optional purposes, object or request deletion. Requests are handled through this support process; there is no public subscriber directory. A withdrawn or suppressed address is not automatically reactivated by another signup or an import.
Retention and recovery
Unverified requests are deleted after 90 days during daily cleanup. Retain only the minimal keyed suppression evidence needed to prevent accidental re-enrolment, for 90 days. Delete address and personal consent history when a verified deletion request is completed. Backups are private, access-limited and expire after 30 days; restore must reapply withdrawal/deletion records before intake or any export resumes. Tax-record retention does not determine this newsletter list's retention.
Notice updates
This public-site notice was updated 2026-10-04, including analytics notice revision 2026-10-04. The launch-interest consent version remains 2026-09-22. Changes appear here with a new version; a saved request retains the version accepted at submission. Material new uses require a fresh decision and consent where applicable. This notice covers the public site and launch-interest list; application financial data has a separate approval process.
